Refund policy

BAG/MERCHANDISE WITH A FACTORY ERROR OR PRODUCTION DAMAGE: 

If the bag has a production/factory error (no usage damage), the bag can be returned and follow the next steps:

  1. Bring the original bag to the location where it was purchased as soon as possible with its original packaging
  2. Bring the original receipt

Refund can be done or exchange of a new bag is possible.

Any refunds given by us in relation to returns/exchanges will be made through KNET or VISA.

 

BAG/MERCHANDISE WITH NO FACTORY ERROR:


If the product has been customised / personalised and has no factory error, the bag can not be exchanged neither refunded as it was previously approved by the consumer the design and bag specifications.
